During my stay in Hanoi, I sought a hotel that provided essential amenities like fast Wi-Fi for my research, efficient luggage storage, and a welcoming atmosphere. I found exactly that at the charming hotel nestled in the heart of the old town. The friendly staff went above and beyond, ensuring all my needs were met, from organizing last-minute excursions to providing a delicious breakfast featuring authentic Vietnamese noodle soups. The spacious room was a sanctuary after busy days exploring renowned local eateries like Trung Kitchen and Pho 10. With the hotel's thoughtful touches, including early morning snacks for my airport transfer, I left with a heart full of gratitude. My experience was delightful, and I highly recommend this lovely haven for anyone visiting Hanoi!
